I often feel that one of the best ways to help females discern their vocation is to expose them to the different orders out there. Nun Run’s are a common way of doing this. Plan a weekend trip during Spring Break or during the Summer and set up visits with as many convents and religious communities as you are able to. When your group is just girls (and usually a priest too), the different convents will allow you to stay with them for free. A trip like this can be pretty cheap. Also, you can speak with your Diocesan vocations director about sponsoring a trip like this as well.
